Mister X Consulting, is owned and operated by Richard Lorenc, of Chicago, Illinois. With extensive Macintosh computer experience, Lorenc is skilled at installing Mac-based hardware and software in home-, and business-based environments. He also directs MXC's website and video operations and is involved directly in every project.

With a BA in International Studies, Chinese Studies and History from Emory Unversity, Lorenc is a skilled communicator, articulating concepts clearly to even the most squeamish technophobe. He also has extensive experience in devising creative methods for solving complex technological problems.

Lorenc is a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network, the Earthlink Resellers network and is a certified Apple Product Professional.
